SCEP is a non-commercial partnership serving as an interface between the International Education for Life Movement and all structures of the society. There are members from different countries having one and the same aim – to create a new society of peace and cooperation.

It is a collective face of the Planet 3000 Project and a result of 15 years of integrated actions on Eurasian territory for forming one informational, educational and cultural space for Eurasia and the World.

Our mission: to create conditions for transforming society from one of consumption and conflicts into a creative society devoted to peace and cooperation.

Our tasks:

• To create the Strategy for a New World

• To create and realize joint projects for awakening human potential and relationships

• To spread the idea of Education as a tool to create a new human being and thus, a New Society

• Realization of the idea of Culture as the quality of our relationships

• Development of Social Education as a School of Civil Responsibility

• International Cooperation based on new principles of a new paradigm of relationships focused on consolidating all creative forces

• To develop a Youth movement of Life Creativity all over the World
  
  

NP SCEP was presented on 25th of March 2003 in Novosibirsk.

During this year we have realized, conducted and coordinated in time and space events bringing new quality of life.

Amongst them:

• International congress “Geno fund 3000” (Ukraine) www.genofund3000.mediacua.com April 2003

• International meeting of instructors of the youth movement “We are children of Eurasia” (Kazakhstan) may 2003

• 2nd Ethno Cultural Festival «Altai is a school for life » (Republic of Altai, Russia) July 2003

• 6th Festival of Life Creativity “Call of Baikal” (Baikal region) July 2003

• 2nd expedition “Shumak is a path of consent” (Republic of Buryatia) August 2003

• 7th Festival of Life Creativity «Planet for childhood» (Siberia) July 2003

• 3d International Conference “Planet 3000: glance from Siberia” (Novosibirsk) 2003
  

All projects are focused on physical and moral health, and have the aim of creating teams of World Citizens, capable of taking responsibility for life.

All these events were links of one chain to preparing the 7th Forum “”Call of Baikal” and “World Without Borders Meeting ”.
